1. Chache Di Hatti: Ask me where do you get the best Chole Bhature in North Delhi and this place “Chache Di Hatti” strikes my mind first. I have been eating this awesomeness for a decade now and I can’t get over it. The Chole are delicious with right amount of spices and flavour. Every bite will make you want for more. The bhaturas are soft and light. What adds more to the taste is their Imly ki chutney. It’s just OMG! A single plate is for Rs. 50 and has 2 bhaturas with chole. The shop opens at 9 am and generally sold out by 12 or 1. If you want to eat the best from the lot, visit them early morning around 9:30 or 10 am.

2. Pandit Ji: Found this hidden gem during the best Chole Bhature hunt in Delhi. This small shop located in Kanti Nagar (East Delhi) serves one of the best Chole Bhature in the area. The shop opens at 6:30 am and is generally sold out by 1-2 pm. I visited this place around 8 in the morning and had to wait in the line to taste their awesomeness they serve. If you are a spicy & tangy kind of foodie, this place is meant for you. Bhaturas were soft and not too oily making them a perfect match with chole. People of Kanti Nagar, I envy you!

3. Sita Ram Diwan Chand: The expert in art of making “the great” Chole Bhature. This small shop located in Paharaganj (Chuna mandi) is serving this appetizing food from last 50 years now and currently run by the third generation. There’s something about their chole which makes them stand apart from other offerings in the city. The bhaturas were soft & light and doesn’t make your stomach feel heavy. Their paneer stuffed Bhature and spicy chole would make you visit this place often. (Planning to visit them again) 😉  This place is always lively with people coming from all parts of the city, including leading industrialists and famous personalities.

4. Prem Di Hatti: The famous Prem Di Hatti from Rajouri Garden now opens in Mukherjee Nagar. Located opposite to ICICI bank on the main road, this place serves luscious Chole Bhature and other North Indian Food. On one hand, Bhature were soft, fluffy and not too oily and on the another hand, Chole were mix of delectable flavours and spices. What adds more to the taste is their IMLY ki chutney served with onions and pickle. “You can’t buy happiness but you can buy our Chole Bhature, you just bought happiness” is what they have to say about their Chole bhature. Interesting isn’t it?

While their Chole were were tasty and flavorful, the bhatura was little oily and heavy. So if you’re visiting this place make sure you go with an empty stomach.

10. Your’s Chole  Bhature: Stumbled upon this place while looking for best Chole Bhature in Vikaspuri. It’s a small dhaba known for their Chole Bhature and north Indian dishes. I had to wait for 15 minutes before I could make their chole bhature mine. If you like your bhature crispy and nicely stuffed, this is a place to be.
