White Sauce Pasta Recipe

Yellow!!! As I posted on my Instagram that I am going to share restaurant-style white sauce pasta recipe on my blog, here I am writing this down for you. Personally I like white sauce pasta over red sauce pasta and it’s my go-to dish whenever I am travelling. I have had white sauce pasta at many restaurants and cafes around the world and found out that everyone has their own style and recipe. Some like it cheesy, some like it less cheesy, some like it with lots of vegetables while some like it with just mushroom and broccoli. I personally like the one with less cream and more corns, mushrooms and broccoli. So while you follow this recipe, you can choose your vegetables and creaminess. Shall we begin?

Here you go! Let’s start with all the ingredients that you would need for a white sauce pasta recipe.
Ingredients for White Sauce Pasta
1. Any type of Pasta; Penne, Macaroni, Rotini or Tortiglioni.
2. To make a creamy sauce we need fresh Milk, Mozzarella Cheese and Mayonnaise or fresh Cream.
3. Mushrooms, Corns, Broccoli and Capsicum (You can use any other vegetable that you like)
4. Below Condiments
– Salt
– Black pepper powder
– Oregano seasoning
– Chilli Flakes


Once you have gathered all the ingredients, it’s time to boil the pasta.
Step 1:  Add water, salt and pasta in a large vessel.
Step 2:  Boil Pasta for 8-10 minutes
Step 3:  Now drain the pasta and keep aside.


Once you have the boiled pasta, it’s time to cook the sauce. Follow the below steps:
Step 1:
Heat a Pan. Keep it at low flame and add 1 cup fresh milk into the pan.
Step 2: Grate Mozzarella Cheese into the Pan and stir for 1-2 minutes until lumps are gone.
Step 3: Now add 2-3 spoons of Mayonnaise or fresh Cream.
Step 4: Stir and mix well.
Step 5: Let it cook at low flame and continue stirring until the sauce starts to thicken.
Step 6: Add half teaspoon oregano, half teaspoon chilli flakes, a pinch of black pepper powder and salt to taste.
Step 7: Stir and mix well.
Step 8: Now add Pasta and Vegetables into the sauce and mix it well. You can also use saute vegetables.
Step 9: Let it cook for 1-2 minutes.
Step 10: Turn off the flame and mix well.
Step 11: Restaurant style Pasta is now ready to be served!
